A local business is looking for an IT Support Team Lead to be a technical SME alongside managing and mentoring a small service desk. Working within the IT Team, you will ensure effective service delivery ensuring the security and availability of business systems, network infrastructure and the Office365 …/Azure platform . You will lead a user-focused service desk whilst monitoring and maintaining systems and networks. This will include configuring, installing, and supporting all IT systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and application problems. You will have experience in service desk management (Ideally aligned to ITIL best practices), supporting technical colleagues in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and ensuring service standards are maintained.
