A large construction company is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead and manage the mechanical aspects of its construction & refurbishment projects across the UK and internationally. The Technical Services Manager will have a minimum HND in a relevant mechanical engineering qualification in construction, be experienced with mechanical design software, have strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing … and controls, and have experience within mechanical building services in a construction context.
