Our client, a global software company based in Glasgow, is seeking a Data Protection Lawyer (2–3 PQE) to join its growing software business on a permanent basis. The role reports directly to senior leadership and offers a genuine pathway to a future GC position, with exposure to senior stakeholders and PE investors. What You’ll Be Doing … Advising the business on all aspects of data protection and privacy compliance, including GDPR and international data transfer issues Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS agreements, software licensing arrangements, and wider commercial contracts Advising on data storage, security, and risk management practices, ensuring policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements Supporting the business on compliance matters, data subject rights requests … work independently and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ideally available at short notice What’s On Offer?
