You would be directly overseeing the O&M of over 100 sites, working closely with the ground teams to troubleshoot & resolve complex performance issues as quickly and effectively as possible. If there is a problem out in the field that the … field service engineers cant fix, they will report it to the Technical Support Engineer for more in-depth troubleshooting.
