experience with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP routing protocols Firewall configuration experience: Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, FortiGate VPN setup and support (IPSEC, remote access) Familiarity with Wireshark, SNMP, and monitoring tools Cross-platform support (Windows, Linux, macOS) Microsoft Active Directory design and maintenance experience Strong documentation, communication, and team leadership skills Desirable
