What you’ll do

Lead the development team in creating advanced automation solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency. You’ll identify emerging technologies, develop strategic partnerships and bring breakthrough ideas to market.

By driving innovation and managing high-level projects, you’ll build your leadership experience and position yourself for future directorship opportunities. Your technical insight will shape long-term product strategy and sustainable competitive advantage.

What you’ll need

  • 10+ years industrial experience with a master’s or higher in Mechatronics, Product Design, or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of automation and hands-on experience in ISO environments
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, business acumen and a track record of delivering time-sensitive projects
