Prisma Access Engineer | SASE | Network Security

Location: Fully Remote (UK)

Contract: Long-Term Contract

Day Rate: £550-£600 per day Outside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Prisma Access Engineer/SASE Consultant to join an exciting long-term contract opportunity, supporting a major global enterprise customer on a large-scale network security transformation programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading Prisma Access, SASE and Zero Trust technologies, becoming a dedicated technical specialist supporting one major enterprise customer.

You will play a key role in the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation of the customer's Prisma Access environment, working closely with their internal networking, security and infrastructure teams.

Unlike traditional consultancy roles involving multiple customers, this position offers the opportunity to focus on one major enterprise account, taking ownership of its security infrastructure and building strong relationships with key technical stakeholders.

This is a highly hands-on engineering role, ideal for someone with strong Prisma Access implementation experience who enjoys solving complex networking challenges and supporting enterprise-scale security environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and optimise Prisma Access solutions across a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Support Prisma Access Mobile Users, Remote Networks, GlobalProtect and cloud-delivered security services.
• Implement and troubleshoot SASE and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.
• Configure security policies, routing, VPN connectivity and Firewall integrations.
• Support migrations from Legacy VPN, MPLS and traditional on-premise Firewall environments to Prisma Access.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, authentication, routing and security policy issues.
• Work with enterprise technologies including BGP, IPsec VPNs, SD-WAN and LAN/WAN networking.
• Support integrations with identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
• Collaborate with customer networking, infrastructure and security teams to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Investigate technical incidents, perform root cause analysis and coordinate escalations with vendor support teams.
• Provide ongoing operational support, performance optimisation and security best-practice recommendations.
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring and troubleshooting Prisma Access.
• Solid understanding of SASE, GlobalProtect, ZTNA and cloud-delivered network security.
• Experience supporting Prisma Access within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals, including BGP, routing, IPsec VPNs, DNS and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks next-generation Firewalls and PAN-OS.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, Remote Networks and secure connectivity.
• Experience migrating Legacy VPN and Firewall environments to cloud-based security solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, connectivity and security infrastructure.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing engineering, consultancy or Resident Engineer position.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with enterprise customer teams
