Resident Engineer - Prisma Access

Day rate: £550 - £600 Outside IR35

Location: UK - Remote

We're looking for an experienced Resident Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Prisma Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) to support a major enterprise organisation on a long-term cloud security and SASE transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly technical environment, taking ownership of cloud security solutions while acting as a trusted technical adviser to a dedicated enterprise customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot and optimise Prisma Access, DLP, CASB and SSPM solutions.
• Support enterprise SASE environments, secure remote access and cloud security integrations.
• Provide ongoing engineering support across Prisma Access, GlobalProtect and cloud-delivered security technologies.
• Implement and optimise data protection policies, SaaS security controls and cloud application security.
• Investigate complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve escalations.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, networking, cloud and infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical guidance, security recommendations and ongoing platform improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access, including configuration, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience implementing and supporting DLP, CASB and SSPM technologies.
• Strong understanding of SASE architecture, cloud security, data protection policies and SaaS application security.
• Experience with GlobalProtect, secure remote access, networking and cloud-delivered security services.
• Proven experience supporting complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Palo Alto Networks certifications, including PCNSE, would be advantageous.
