Client Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Account Manager (Sales) who is UK based to drive growth and manage strategic accounts in the IT services domain for our Germany Business.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology solutions, managing enterprise relationships, and navigating complex sales cycles and must be fluent in German as well have deep understanding and exposure to German culture & clients.

Fluency of the German Language is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue across IT services (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, digital transformation)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor account health and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Track industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts

Requirements

  • 10–12 years relevant and related to IT services
  • Proven success in selling complex IT solutions to mid-size and enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of IT service offerings (cloud, infrastructure, software development, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
