About the Company

Following a period of consistent profitability and strong market performance, they are now expanding their Customer Success team and hiring a talented Customer Success Manager.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal time of growth. As Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and supporting the ongoing development of their proposition.

You’ll work closely with some of the world’s most recognisable brands across Retail and CPG, managing the full client journey — from onboarding and research support through to quarterly business reviews.

Your focus will be on nurturing long-term partnerships, delivering strategic recommendations, and ensuring clients gain maximum value from the company’s solutions. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas that shape future propositions and influence how the team engages with clients.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing commercial role
  • (Alternatively) experience in Sales or Business Development with a desire to move into Customer Success
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed
