  • Awareness of security, compliance and audit requirements, such as ISO 27001, GDPR and Cyber Essentials.
  • Experience managing SaaS applications, software licences, suppliers and integrations.
  • Working knowledge of business networking, including managed Wi-Fi, VPNs, switches, DNS and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation across macOS, Jamf or Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in a creative agency or design studio would be an advantage. Font-management platforms, Microsoft security tools, web hosting and relevant certifications are also desirable.

You’ll also help manage SaaS applications, software licences, suppliers and renewals. You’ll report on risks, costs, compliance and opportunities to improve the service, and recommend proportionate investment. Clear communication will be important: you’ll explain updates and known risks, promote good security and data-management practices, and support technology improvements that make collaboration easier.
