We’re looking for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our clients Finance Systems Team — playing a pivotal role in the rollout of LexisONE (Microsoft Dynamics) and driving innovation across our HR and Finance processes. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-breaking project that’s reshaping how our firm operates globally.

🚀 What You’ll Do

As a Senior Finance Systems Analyst, you’ll:

• Lead key financial workstreams in our LexisONE implementation — including Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data
• Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and processes across both project and BAU activities
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to finance system users
• Maintain system integrity through month-end procedures, data balancing, and issue resolution
• Support global finance teams with data extraction, report development (SQL / SSRS), and ad-hoc analysis
• Supervise a small team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

🧠 What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• Finance implementation experience and at least 4 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems — ideally Microsoft Dynamics or SAP
• Hands-on experience with system implementations and project management (PRINCE2 or similar)
• Advanced SQL , SSRS , and BI/reporting skills (Cognos, Business Objects)
• High-level Excel proficiency and a sharp analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach to problem-solving
