Senior Service Designer

I am recruiting for a Senior Service Designer to work on a hybrid basis - 3 days in either Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester or Birmingham, 2 days remote.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You will provide service design expertise, facilitate collaborative design activities and support strategic decision-making through evidence-based design approaches.

You must have experience working within UK Government/public sector.

You will need a strong understanding of the Government Service Standard and Service Manual.

Experience supporting services through discovery, Alpha, beta and live phases and experience working with multidisciplinary teams using agile delivery methodologies.

You will have the ability to analyse complex service landscapes and identify strategic improvement opportunities.

You must have experience producing high-quality service design artefacts and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
