Electro-Mechanical Assembler
We are currently recruiting for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Blackbushe. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling a range of products, from individual components and sub-assemblies through to completed units.

The Role of Electro-Mechanical Assembler:
- Assembling electro-mechanical products from individual components through to finished units.
- Following engineering drawings, wiring schedules and assembly instructions.
- Carrying out soldering, crimping and wiring activities.
- Using appropriate tools and equipment, including soldering irons and electrical testing meters.
- Inspecting completed assemblies to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Identifying and reporting any design, specification or assembly issues.
- Completing relevant production records and updating internal systems.
- Working closely with Production Engineering, Stores and Quality teams to resolve any assembly-related issues.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality.
The ideal candidate for the Electro-Mechanical Assembler:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production assembly environment.
- Experience with soldering and crimping.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring schedules.
- Confident using production tools and equipment.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic IT skills and the ability to use internal production systems.
- A reliable, organised and team-focused approach.
- Experience with surface mount soldering (desirable)
- Be able to provide proof of UK residency for the previous five years.
- Be suitable to obtain the required security clearance.
