Software Engineer

.NET Developer –| UK (Manchester Preferred) | Remote-First | £50,000 – £60,000

Work Arrangement: Primarily WFH — ideally 1 day every couple of weeks in the Manchester office

Are you a modern .NET developer with a passion for intuitive, beautiful UI and emerging AI technologies? Join a growing, close-knit team building meaningful real-world products that are now entering an exciting new phase of transformation.

This is your chance to help reimagine an established platform — modernising the front end, elevating the user experience, and shaping new intelligent, AI-enhanced features across web, mobile, voice, and conversational interfaces.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and enhance modern C#.NET applications across web and mobile.
  • Redesign and modernise the UI/UX of existing products — creating clean, intuitive, user-centred interfaces.
  • Develop new AI-driven workflows, including LLM-powered capabilities and voice-enabled data entry for clinicians.
  • Prototype and deliver modern web UI using Angular + TypeScript.
  • Contribute to greenfield innovation while supporting the evolution of a mature, real-world product.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong commercial experience with C#.NET
  • Excellent front-end and UI/UX skills (Angular, TypeScript, CSS)
  • Someone ambitious, curious, and excited by modern tech and new ideas
  • A developer who wants to be part of a small, supportive team — not just "turn up and code"

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with LLMs, NLP, or AI workflows
  • Kubernetes knowledge
  • Mobile development (Kotlin / Swift or .NET MAUI)
  • Linux experience

Tech You'll Work With:

C#.NET | TypeScript | Angular | Couchbase NoSQL | Elasticsearch | RabbitMQ | Kubernetes | NodeJS | Azure AI | Azure DevOps

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Friendly, family-style culture with 8 staff and a flat structure
  • Real influence on product direction, growth, and future innovation
  • Opportunity to bring modern UI/UX thinking into a product that's being transformed
  • Chance to shape the team's move into AI-assisted clinical technology

If you're excited by modern .NET, great UI, and the future of AI-enabled products — and you want to be part of a team where your voice genuinely matters — we'd love to hear from you.
