Join our Tier 1-ranked Commercial Contracts team in Manchester, advising FTSE 100 clients across sectors including tech, retail, sports, and financial services. Step into an Associate-level role and work alongside high-calibre colleagues on market-leading matters.

Advise on the full lifecycle of commercial contracts for both customers and suppliers

Prepare, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements

Take ownership of your own matters and demonstrate strong project management skills

Collaborate with partners and manage associates on complex transactions

Advise on general commercial contracts, IT, data protection, and intellectual property

Work on high-value deals including SaaS, outsourcing, and IP protection

Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored, pragmatic advice

25 years PQE in commercial law, ideally with IP/IT experience

Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills

Commercial mindset and solutions-based approach

Track record of excellent client service and financial performance

Desire to lead on complex, large-scale transactions for sophisticated clients
