Are you ready to lead the way in AI and Machine Learning Our client is on the lookout for an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to shape their innovative workstream from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing their Databricks environment while ensuring governance models and delivery patterns are scalable for future use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a practical architecture layer for AI/ML projects, turning visionary concepts into actionable patterns.Define platform setup, governance, and delivery approaches that support the expansion of AI/ML capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and deployment of ML platforms.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Establish best practises for AI/ML workflows, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Tech Lead in AI/ML, with a track record of delivering ML platforms.Strong understanding of Databricks and its application in real-world scenarios.Experience in defining governance models and scalable delivery patterns.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
