About the Team The Business Intelligence & Strategic Insight Team is dedicated to transforming data into actionable insights that propel operational and executive decision-making. They believe in empowering their people to make a positive impact every day, and they're looking for a visionary leader to join our journey!

Key Responsibilities As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will:

  • Lead the development of the Business Intelligence strategies and solutions.
  • Manage and enhance data models and architecture, ensuring timely access to accurate information.
  • Oversee BI solutions through effective data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Provide an approachable business partnering service to align BI tools with user needs.
  • Manage a team of 4 direct reports.

What You'll Bring We're looking for someone with:

  • A degree in statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in designing enterprise data warehouses and BI reporting estates.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, and data governance principles.
  • Proven leadership skills to inspire and manage a talented team.
