Your Mission:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products meet the highest standards. You'll identify potential issues before they arise and implement preventive solutions, all while being the driving force for continuous improvement within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Oversight: Lead quality initiatives across one or several sectors, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Process Control: Ensure the Process Control Plan aligns with Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
• Auditing: Conduct process audits and analyze results as per quality systems and methods.
• Documentation: Create and maintain quality control documentation while ensuring training and application within your sector.
• Issue Resolution: Manage derogations and lead containment actions, conducting root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts and manage non conformance actions.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in Short Interval Management of production lines.
