What You'll Be Doing:
As a UI UX Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience for web applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Design Skills: - Bring your 3+ years of UX design experience to deliver stunning end-to-end design solutions.
- - Collaborate within an Agile, multi-disciplined team to create innovative designs.
- - utilise industry-standard design and prototyping tools, with a strong focus on Figma.
- - Demonstrate your understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from a design perspective.
- - Share a portfolio that showcases your beautiful, usable, and lovable designs, highlighting your technical product thinking and user-centred design methodologies.
- Research Skills: - Lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to drive the design process forward.
- - Recruit participants, moderate sessions, and analyse research results.
- - Translate valuable research insights into actionable design improvements.
- AI Exposure: - Leverage your experience in designing for AI or Machine Learning products, such as chatbots and automation.
- - Be technically minded, understanding the nuances of AI design.

- The candidate must be highly skilled in creating screens using Figma. Also experience designing for AI (chatbots, automation with agents).
