Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support across multiple strategic projects. This role is key to ensuring projects run smoothly, stakeholders are kept informed, and the business can make confident, data-driven decisions. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, maintaining project schedules, coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and supporting the overall governance framework. Your attention to detail, initiative, and ability to communicate effectively will help drive project success and ensure the organisation's strategic priorities are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple strategic projects, maintaining accurate records of progress, risks, and actions.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and action tracking.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and format board-level documents, monthly reports, and presentation packs for directors and investors.
- Maintain and manage the PMO document library as a centralised, up-to-date resource.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project and business success.
- Manage ad hoc tasks and provide support to Senior Project Managers and other senior managers.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and sprint cycles.
- Proficient in project management tools, comprehensive project planning, and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in meeting governance, including agenda creation, minute taking, and action tracking.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
