L&D Officer

Agilis are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Officer will play a pivotal role in delivering business systems learning. This includes conducting inductions, delivering business systems training, and assisting in the design and implementation of learning for system changes and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver business system induction programmes in line with the businesses L&D strategy.
• Conduct business systems training in both formal and informal settings, virtually and face-to-face.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage L&D aspects of IT system changes.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis
• Design learning interventions with supporting materials.
• Assist in quality assurance of electronic learning materials.
• Prepare learning environments and resources, including IT setup.
• Evaluate training programme effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate training records.
• Continuously update personal knowledge and skills.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally recognised training qualification
• Experienced in systems training
• Strong coaching and training delivery skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Learning & Development and the Training Cycle.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
