Are you an experienced ERP or CRM Implementation Manager who enjoys taking ownership of complex deployments and making things happen on the ground?

We're working with an established international organisation looking for a French-speaking Implementation Manager to lead the local deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into its French operations.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical implementation, working closely with an established global programme team and senior stakeholders to ensure a successful transition to the new system.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for coordinating the implementation at a local level, translating the wider programme strategy into practical delivery plans and ensuring the business is prepared for go-live.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading site-level implementation planning, coordinating stakeholders and resources across commercial and operational functions.
• Owning cutover planning, deployment readiness and go-live coordination.
• Acting as the key point of contact between the central D365 programme and local business teams.
• Coordinating testing, legacy system transition activities, training and early-life support.
• Identifying and managing implementation risks, resolving issues and keeping delivery on track.
• Supporting post-go-live stabilisation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with experienced Implementation, Deployment or Project Managers who can demonstrate:

• Fluent French and English, with the confidence to manage stakeholders in both languages.
• A proven track record of delivering ERP or CRM implementations, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or F&O.
• Experience working within manufacturing, engineering or similarly complex international organisations.
• Hands-on ownership of deployment activities, including cutover, go-live and operational readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating multiple business functions.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and drive delivery against challenging deadlines.

Experience with D365 Customer Engagement would be particularly valuable, although candidates with broader ERP implementation experience in manufacturing environments are also encouraged to apply.
