Salary: Up to £90,000
Type: Permanent
We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engagement Manager to take ownership of client engagements and help ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
This is a client-facing role where you'll play a key part in managing relationships, coordinating delivery teams and ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time and to the expected standard.
You'll act as a key point of contact for clients, bringing together technical teams, consultants, and wider stakeholders to keep engagements moving in the right direction. From initial project planning through to delivery and final handover, you'll have oversight of the engagement and be responsible for maintaining clear communication, managing expectations and keeping everything on track.
What you'll be getting involved with
You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, balancing client relationships with the day-to-day management of delivery.
This will involve:
- Leading ServiceNow projects from initial planning through to completion, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, resources and key milestones.
Building strong relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring expectations are clear and managed throughout each engagement.
Working closely with consultants, technical specialists and project teams to coordinate activity, manage priorities and ensure everyone is working towards the same objectives.
Identifying potential risks, managing issues as they arise and overseeing changes to project scope or delivery plans.
Monitoring progress across engagements, providing regular updates and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of project status and performance.
Maintaining delivery standards, reviewing project progress and addressing any areas that could impact the successful outcome of an engagement.
Overseeing the transition into operational teams, ensuring a smooth handover and that all relevant documentation and support arrangements are in place.
What we're looking for
We're keen to speak with people who have a solid background in project or engagement management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects or programmes from initial planning through to delivery and completion.
Exposure to ServiceNow implementations, projects or transformation programmes.
A strong background in managing client relationships and working with senior stakeholders.
The ability to coordinate multiple teams and workstreams while keeping delivery on track.
Experience overseeing project budgets, resources, timelines and delivery risks.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the confidence to manage expectations and deal with challenges.
A proactive approach, someone who takes responsibility and is comfortable making decisions to keep things moving.
