We're Hiring: Senior Associate – Tech M&A (London)

Join a fast-growing M&A platform working on a vast number of live deals across Europe, with the long-term vision of carving out a standalone tech-focused investment bank.

We're looking for a Senior Associate with strong M&A credentials who's ready to take the lead on transactions and help shape our future in the Tech sector.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and execute end-to-end M&A transactions (£50m – £300m EV range)
• Report directly to the Principal and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Manage deal processes and financial modelling with full client ownership
• Focus on Tech verticals: SaaS, Software, HealthTech, FinTech
• Contribute to market research, deal origination, and team development

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years' experience in M&A (from investment banking, boutique advisory, or PE)
• Proven track record with 3–5+ closed M&A deals
• Financially strong and execution-oriented – someone who can run a deal
• Trained in best-in-class M&A processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and keen to grow with us
