Customer Success Manager – London (Hybrid)
Help enterprise customers get the most from their Microsoft 365 environment.
You’ll be joining a global ISV with strategic partnerships across Microsoft, Google, Salesforce and Box, a business that enables the world’s best-known organisations to collaborate securely and confidently in the cloud. Its SaaS platform helps enterprises protect, govern, and optimise data across modern collaboration environments.

In this role, you’ll:
· Build long-term relationships with key customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
· Understand business goals and design success plans that show measurable impact.
· Ensure customers continue to see value from their investment.
· Partner closely with Account Managers to support renewals and identify growth opportunities, not through hard selling, but by proving the results of strong adoption and usage.
To fit, you’ll likely bring experience in:
· Customer success, account management, or consulting within a SaaS or enterprise environment.
· Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar ecosystems such as Google, AWS, or Salesforce.
· Confidence balancing multiple priorities, comfort with technical conversations, and the ability to link technology to business outcomes.
