Oracle HCM Functional Solutions Architect

Apps IT are seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Solutions Architect to lead the global functional design and governance of Oracle Fusion HCM within a complex, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and govern the global Oracle Fusion HCM functional architecture and design standards.
• Own functional solution design across Core HR and associated HCM modules.
• Drive global HR process standardisation while accommodating local legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and functional design decisions.
• Design and optimise employee lifecycle processes, including hires, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Drive HR data governance, data quality, controls and compliance.
• Review implementation partner designs and ensure alignment with global architecture.
• Lead functional testing, UAT readiness and defect prioritisation.
• Assess Oracle quarterly releases and recommend appropriate adoption.
• Work closely with Global HR, HR Technology, Payroll, IT and technical delivery teams.

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Extensive Oracle Fusion HCM functional architecture and solution design experience.
• Strong Core HR knowledge and experience across relevant HCM modules.
• Experience delivering global, multi-country Oracle HCM programmes.
• Proven track record of global HR process design and standardisation.
• Understanding of HCM integrations, reporting, security and data governance.
• Experience managing implementation partners, testing and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, influencing and solution design skills.
