Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Specialist
Apps IT are currently looking for an Oracle HCM Technical-Functional consultant.
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Specialist to join a newly established team responsible for building and developing a global Oracle Fusion HCM template.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping global HR systems, supporting implementation and configuration, and driving continuous improvement across HR processes.
Working closely with HR, IT, Payroll and technical stakeholders, you will bridge functional and technical requirements to ensure Oracle HCM operates as an effective global HR system.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly Core HR and related modules.
- Maintain workforce structures, workflows, approvals and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage HR data quality and data loads using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
- Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher and HCM Extracts.
- Support integrations, APIs, interface mappings and data reconciliation.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.
- Support testing, UAT, defect resolution and deployments.
- Assist with quarterly Oracle releases, regression testing and system improvements.
- Maintain system documentation, test scripts and audit records.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors to resolve issues.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly Core HR.
- Experience with HDL, HSDL/Spreadsheet Loader, OTBI, BI Publisher and HCM Extracts.
- Understanding of Oracle HCM integrations, APIs and data management.
- Experience in HR systems configuration, testing, data governance and production support.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical Oracle HCM solutions.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Desirable: Experience integrating Oracle HCM with ADP Payroll solutions.
