This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where your strategic insights will directly shape how our business process outsourcing (BPO) partners empower customers and drive significant business results. As a key contributor, you will lead critical enablement programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across global operations. Your expertise will be the vital link, directly influencing sales outcomes and operational excellence, ensuring every partner delivers at the highest standard and contributing directly to the growth and success of sales initiatives.

What You'll Deliver

  • Orchestrate the complete rollout of BPO strategies across all vendor partners, meticulously tracking progress against agreed milestones and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to co-own the enablement agenda, ensuring robust alignment and maximum effectiveness.
  • Champion and maintain the Enablement Playbook, establishing the gold standard for BPO enablement teams in designing, building, and delivering sales training, onboarding, and quality assessment programs.
  • Uphold instructional design excellence, ensuring all BPO-led content development adheres to established guardrails.
  • Evaluate the enablement capabilities of each vendor partner against defined standards, then craft and execute “up-levelling” plans to bridge any gaps with their internal trainers, quality assessors, and instructional designers.
  • Develop, launch, and manage comprehensive playbooks that empower vendor partners to seamlessly scale their enablement functions through growth, attrition, and workforce transitions.
  • Implement and standardize a consistent quality assurance and sales coaching process across all vendor partners, leveraging coaching plans, consultant conversations, and training insights to achieve superior business results.
  • Establish a regular audit cadence for calibration sessions with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors at every partner site to guarantee consistent scoring and evaluation.
  • Monitor and report on key success metrics such as time-to-proficiency, certification rates, and quality scores, ensuring BPO enablement teams demonstrate their direct impact on sales outcomes.
  • Drive the strategic operating rhythm, aligning BPO enablement leadership with quarterly goals and go-to-market priorities, including leading data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews and regional Business Reviews.
  • Empower vendor partners to independently deliver onboarding, sales methodology, and product training to exacting standards.
  • Design and continuously refine the onboarding process to maximize efficiency and maintain seamless alignment with internal onboarding experiences.
  • Partner with internal onboarding teams to ensure all leader guides and partner facilitation materials are current and relevant.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on all BPO enablement matters, serving as the definitive enablement voice and providing data-grounded recommendations.
  • Hold vendor leadership accountable for executing agreed frameworks, playbooks, and business goals, proactively escalating and resolving performance or compliance gaps.
  • Lead the successful rollout of major product or process changes with vendor partners, ensuring every enablement team is fully prepared for the transition and keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Represent Sales Enablement in key stakeholder forums and global Sales Enablement discussions, ensuring aligned priorities across a complex, multi-region operational matrix.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Enablement, Partner Operations, or L&D Strategy, with a proven track record in international or multi-region vendor relationships.
  • Prior success in managing BPO/third-party vendor relationship programs across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences across various cultures and time zones.
  • Strong consultancy skills, adept at uncovering root causes through curiosity, incisive questioning, active listening, and adaptable communication.
  • Proven ability to influence and motivate individuals across multiple vendor organizations, even without direct formal authority.
  • High data literacy, with the capability to leverage data to prove impact, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for strategic intervention.
  • A consistently proactive approach, always proposing innovative solutions and taking initiative.
  • Comfort and proficiency in working with AI tools, with an ability to enable others to leverage them effectively.
  • A strong track record of managing multiple complex, concurrent programs and vendor relationships, consistently ensuring execution against goals and deadlines.
  • Expert-level understanding of BPO operational models and how to effectively drive accountability within third-party organizations.

What Sets You Apart
