We're looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Consultant with strong Customer Engagement (CE) expertise to join a high-performing team and take ownership of delivering modern, high-impact Microsoft solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking the lead on designing and architecting innovative Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Running client workshops, shaping requirements, and translating them into robust functional and technical designs.
• Advising on best-practice migrations and solution optimisation.
• Keeping clients ahead of emerging D365 and AI capabilities, embedding new features into solution designs.
• Delivering training and enabling successful user adoption.
• Building strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.
• Supporting presales activities, including estimation, proposals, and SoWs.

What you'll bring:

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Confidence in leading requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Experience guiding end-to-end D365 project delivery.
