Senior Change & Transformation Lead – Strategic Technology Programmes
Aubay UK is seeking an experienced Change Manager to partner with senior business and technology leaders to shape, plan, and deliver strategic change initiatives across a complex, global organisation. The role requires strong advisory capability, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead multiple change programmes end‐to‐end.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business and IT leaders, programme managers, and project managers to define and deliver strategic change outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on:
- Assessing business change and determining the appropriate change strategy
- Designing and planning change approaches for IT‐enabled transformation
- Applying effective change management tools, frameworks, and methods
- Coaching teams and stakeholders to build strong change management capability
- Lead and manage a change programme or multiple concurrent change projects.
- Drive measurable business value through structured change management and transformation interventions.
- Advise, coach, and mentor junior change managers to support capability development.
- Collaborate closely with peers across related functions such as organisational development, internal communications, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Equip business teams with the skills and tools required to manage and sustain change effectively.
- Foster an environment where team members feel motivated, engaged, connected, and supported in their development.
