Software Developer

Full-Stack .NET Developer

Hybrid – Oxfordshire (2 days per week in office)

Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

About the Company

This is a growing software consultancy that builds bespoke web platforms and digital tools for a wide range of clients. Their mission is to create systems that empower businesses by combining intuitive design, intelligent automation, and data-driven insight.

You’ll join a close-knit, collaborative team where your ideas are valued and your work makes a visible impact. Developers are trusted to take ownership of full user stories - from scoping requirements through to build, test, and deployment.

The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack .NET Developer who enjoys working across the full web stack, using C# end-to-end - from the database and backend logic to the front-end interface.

You’ll be building new features, enhancing existing systems, and occasionally helping to shape the technical direction of client projects. This role would suit someone who’s confident in their technical foundations and thrives on variety - every project is a little different.

Tech Stack & Environment
  • C# / ASP.NET (MVC or Razor Pages)
  • HTML, CSS, Vanilla JavaScript (no front-end frameworks required)
  • SQL Server
  • Azure (App Services, Databases, DevOps)
  • Version control (Git), Agile practices, code reviews

Experience with automation, data visualisation, or AI-enabled products is a plus but not essential.

What We're Looking For
  • Solid understanding of full-stack development using C# and ASP.NET
  • Experience delivering complete web applications (not just APIs)
  • Strong communication skills — able to work directly with clients and stakeholders
  • A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to a collaborative team culture

Why Join
  • Competitive salary up to £55,000 (DOE)
  • Performance-related bonus
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension & Perkbox membership
  • Excellent hardware and tools
  • Flexible / hybrid working (2 days in office typical)
  • Opportunity to work on varied, meaningful client projects

Ideal Background

You might be a Developer or Software Engineer coming from:

  • A software consultancy or digital agency environment
  • A product or internal tools team where you’ve built custom .NET web solutions
  • A role where you’ve worked directly with customers or business users
