Role Summary

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Business Analyst Intern who’s passionate about data, technology, and process improvement. This hybrid internship combines remote flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration (within the UK) — perfect for someone eager to apply analytical thinking to real-world AI projects. You’ll gain practical experience in automation design, data interpretation, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business workflows to uncover inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Translate business challenges into structured AI and automation requirements.
• Support the design and documentation of smart workflows and process maps.
• Conduct research and contribute to the development of automation use cases.
• Assist in testing and validating digital solutions before client deployment.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Data, or IT-related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools.
• Curious about AI, automation, and data intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile project environments and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics (Excel, Power BI, or SQL).
• Understanding of process automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Make, etc.).

Location: Hybrid (United Kingdom)

Type: Internship (2-month programme)

Compensation : £15 per hour (paid internship)

Schedule: 30 hours per week, flexible Mon–Fri
