Axel Johnson International is part of the Swedish family-owned corporate group Axel Johnson. Take ownership of the administration, development and continuous improvement of key Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
Manage and improve information protection and governance across Microsoft 365. Review and improve access models, permissions, external sharing and lifecycle management across SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. Help prepare the organisation for the continued adoption of Microsoft Copilot by ensuring information is appropriately structured, accessible and protected.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and requests related to Microsoft 365 services. Identify opportunities to improve, standardise and automate the management of the Microsoft 365 environment. Establish and maintain clear technical documentation, standards and best practices. Mentor colleagues and share Microsoft 365 knowledge across the wider Technology & Service organisation.
Several years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 in a corporate or enterprise environment. Good understanding of information protection and data governance within Microsoft 365. Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to problem solving. Strong technical documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and structured documentation. Hands-on experience mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting technical development within a team. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
