Temporary Data Analyst (4-Week Contract) Location: Wakefield (Hybrid – Office & Remote)Duration: 4 Weeks Start Date: Immediate Hours: Full-time Parking: Free on-site car parking availableWe’re currently recruiting on behalf of a Wakefield-based organisation for a Temporary Data Analyst to support the team on a short-term project. This 4-week contract offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst who enjoys working with large datasets and has strong Excel skills. The Role As the Temporary Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for extracting and managing large volumes of data to support ongoing business reporting and analysis. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure data is accurate, well-organised, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities

• Extract, process, and analyse large data sets from various systems and sources.
• Use Excel extensively for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis (including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups).
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and data integrity across all work.
• Organise and prioritise workloads effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Provide clear and concise data outputs to support business decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a data analysis, reporting, or administrative data role.
• Strong Excel skills – confident with advanced formulas and large datasets.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
