Your Role

As an experienced Software Engineer, you'll leverage your strong technical foundation and passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. You'll thrive in complex environments, guiding technical decisions and collaborating with stakeholders. Your mentorship will help others grow, and together, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of innovative engineering products.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Navigate the full software development lifecycle, from requirements capture to verification and deployment.
• Create solutions and produce supporting technical documentation.
• Review, analyze, and enhance software products for performance, robustness, and efficiency.
• Apply software engineering methodologies, processes, standards, and best practices.
• Work within large, complex engineering or product development environments.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in software development using Ada, with C++ experience preferred.
• Background in software product development and/or delivery in a large, complex multi-project environment.
• Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies, processes, procedures, and best practices.

This dynamic team develops and supports complex software systems for the Royal Navy and international customers.
