Location: Manchester - hybrid working

Please note that this role is initially fractional - 3 days per week.

I'm currently working with a fast-growing and mission-driven organisation, to find an exceptional Automation Consultant who’s ready to lead the charge in transforming operational processes through smart, scalable technology.

This is a high-impact, strategic role where you'll work closely with the senior stakeholders to assess current systems, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions that drive real value in terms of efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

You’ll be a catalyst for change, playing a key role in shaping the future of the organisation through innovation, streamlined workflows, and sustainable growth.

• Evaluate and analyse business processes to uncover areas for automation and optimisation
• Design and implement automation solutions using industry-leading tools and platforms
• Collaborate with teams across the business to integrate new technologies and processes
• Track performance and cost benefits of implemented solutions
• Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption across the business
• Keep on top of emerging trends in automation and bring fresh ideas to the table

• Demonstrable experience in automation consulting or a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of automation tools, platforms, and methodologies
• Ability to turn business challenges into robust technical solutions
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
