Transformation Project Manager

Role:Transformation Project ManagerLocation: West Midlands (Hybrid)Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + benefits An organisation in the West Midlands is embarking on a significant period of transformational change and is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to help shape and deliver this journey. If you thrive in evolving environments and enjoy driving meaningful, structured change, this role offers an opportunity to make a real impact. The Opportunity You will lead key change initiatives across the organisation, turning strategic ambitions into practical, deliverable programmes. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help embed new ways of working, improve processes, and support transformation across people, technology, and operations.This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the business. What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading end-to-end delivery of transformation projects
  • Creating project plans, governance frameworks, and structured reporting
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver the change agenda
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and smooth delivery
  • Supporting business readiness, communications, and change adoption
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets
  • Bringing clarity and structure where transformation plans are still developing
What You Bring
  • Strong experience delivering transformation or organisational change programmes
  • Solid project management capability (Agile, Waterfall, or blended methodology)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, shifting environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and bring teams together around shared goals
  • Experience in utilities, data services, energy, or regulated sectors is advantageous
