Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

Location: Office near Southampton (hybrid Office / Work from Home if desired)

Salary c. £35-40K

We are seeking a highly proactive Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to join a dynamic team in the health and social care, technology sector. This role is crucial for growing our brand presence, supporting lead generation, and strengthening engagement for our innovative Healthcare Software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that promote our suite of Healthcare Software solutions.
  • Conduct some outbound calls to gather market data, qualify leads, and maintain accurate CRM records (nb these are generally in response to inbound enquiries generated by your marketing activities; they are not cold sales calls, no selling is required).
  • Organise and manage our presence at exhibitions, conferences, and sector events, including handling all logistics and post-event follow-up.
  • Research market trends and produce engaging content, including blog posts, compelling case studies, and website updates.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, focusing on content scheduling and improving overall engagement and reach.
  • Assist with general marketing tasks, such as creating collateral, updating the company website, and detailed campaign reporting.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing, outreach, or digital communications role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in making some outbound calls and professionally engaging with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems (for data maintenance and lead tracking), and social media platforms.
  • A strong ability to research complex sector topics and translate findings into clear, engaging content.
  • Highly organised with a proven track record of effectively managing and prioritising multiple concurrent tasks.
