You'll own end-to-end customer journeys - from first-touch acquisition through onboarding, activation, engagement and long-term retention - running a continuous test-and-learn programme to unlock growth at every stage. AI isn't a buzzword here - it's part of how the team works day to day, from rapid prototyping with generative AI to ML models powering core pricing and personalisati

on.
