Mission
This role exists to ensure the accurate calculation, reconciliation and delivery of Microsoft incentives across multiple programmes. You’ll play a key part in maintaining data integrity, resolving discrepancies and ensuring incentives are processed and paid correctly each month.
With multiple data sources, programme rules and stakeholders involved, you’ll bring structure, consistency and attention to detail to a critical business process. Working closely with internal teams and Microsoft, you’ll help ensure incentives are understood, tracked and managed
What you will deliver within the role
- Calculate and publish accurate incentive estimates across multiple Microsoft programmes
- Reconcile incentive statements from Microsoft against internal calculations and identify discrepancies
- Track and manage incentive‐related data, including logging credits, invoice changes and programme updates
- Investigate and raise queries with Microsoft to resolve inconsistencies in incentive statements
- Support Account Management and wider teams by responding to incentive‐related queries
- Maintain accurate records across multiple data sources, including Microsoft Partner Center and licensing systems
- Contribute to data analysis, consolidation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency
- Help refine processes as incentive programme rules evolve, ensuring the business remains agile
- Build strong internal relationships across sales, accounts and operations teams
Essentials
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid experience using Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- Good numerical ability and confidence working with complex datasets
- 2–3 years experience working in a data analysis, finance or similar analytical role
- Strong organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain data‐driven insights to non‐technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams across the business
