Supply Chain Business Analyst

12 month contract

Remote or Hybrid from London

We are working with a global leading gaming brand who are looking for an experienced D2C / eCommerce Operations professional to drive operational excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement across a global direct-to-consumer network.

This role would suit someone from a large consumer, retail, technology, electronics or eCommerce business with experience managing complex, multi-market operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive global D2C process standardisation and continuous improvement
• Identify and resolve operational, fulfilment and supply chain issues
• Manage and improve 3PL, warehousing and logistics partner performance
• Support system integrations, enhancements, UAT and partner onboarding
• Analyse KPIs and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support new market launches, SKU growth and operational expansion
• Work closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Operations teams
• Develop business cases, improvement plans and executive-level reporting

About you:

• Strong experience in D2C, eCommerce, supply chain, logistics or operational excellence
• Demonstrable experience with 3rd Party Logistics, fulfilment and logistics
• Proven track record delivering process improvement and standardisation
• Experience with systems integration, UAT and operational implementation
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating across a complex, global organisation
