Account Manager
£35K - £45K per annum, plus commission - hybrid working
Are you a driven Account Manager who thrives on growing revenue from existing clients and unlocking new opportunities within complex B2B accounts?
We’ve been mandated exclusively by our client, a market-leading technology business with over 200 employees and annual revenues exceeding £20M, to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join their expanding team. The company’s continued success and recent contract wins have created the need for additional strength in their Account Management function. This is a pivotal role focused on driving growth, retention, and value across a well-established customer base.
In this position, you’ll be managing a portfolio of long-term clients across multiple sectors including corporate, government, education, and healthcare. Your goal will be to identify opportunities for upsell and renewal, build strong commercial relationships, and deliver solutions that improve employee safety and wellbeing through innovative technology. You’ll take ownership of achieving a consistent monthly revenue uplift, working closely with internal technical and customer success teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. It’s a role that offers real variety — from strategic account planning to consultative conversations that make a tangible impact on client operations.
We’re looking for a commercially astute and personable Account Manager with experience managing B2B client relationships, ideally within technology, SaaS, or service-led solutions. You’ll combine strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive approach to account development and customer retention. A background in subscription or contract-based sales would be highly beneficial, as would confidence using CRM systems and managing the full sales process from proposal through to renewal. Above all, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for building lasting partnerships.
