We’re Hiring: IT Manager – Glasgow

£60,000 – £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits (NEG)

Are you a proven IT leader with expertise in Telephony, Cyber Security, and Cloud Migration ? This is your chance to step into a high-impact role, driving IT strategy and transformation at a senior level.

What you’ll do:

Lead and inspire the IT team to deliver innovation and business growth

Oversee telephony & unified comms platforms (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, etc.)

Drive cloud migration programmes and infrastructure optimisation

Champion a cybersecurity-first culture , ensuring compliance & resilience

Own IT budgets, suppliers & vendor relationships

What we’re looking for:

• IT experience , with 5+ in people management
• Strong telephony / contact centre technology knowledge
• Proven track record in cybersecurity and cloud transformation (Migration)
• Strategic thinker, hands-on leader, and strong communicator
