We're looking for a Business Process Analyst – Test Lead to play a key role in establishing and embedding our test automation capability across Calor.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong business process knowledge and testing experience who enjoys working across business and technology teams. You'll help drive the adoption of automated testing, ensuring our business-critical processes are supported by efficient, scalable, and high-quality testing solutions.
Working closely with Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Business Process Analysts, and project teams, you'll act as the bridge between business requirements and automated testing solutions, helping to improve quality, reduce manual effort, and increase confidence in system changes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the implementation and adoption of test automation tooling across Calor.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand testing needs and identify automation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into effective automated test scenarios and reusable test assets.
- Facilitate workshops to develop test strategies, define test coverage, and drive standardised testing approaches.
- Own the identification and automation of end-to-end integration test scenarios across SAP and connected systems.
- Challenge and improve existing testing approaches, increasing automation coverage and reducing manual effort.
- Act as a trusted advisor on test automation best practice, quality engineering, and continuous improvement.
- Support change initiatives and transformation projects by ensuring automated test suites remain aligned with evolving business processes.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience working with SAP and associated business applications across end-to-end business processes.
- Strong understanding of business processes, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience of software testing and test management practices.
- Knowledge of SAP best-practice processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced Excel capability.
- Ability to understand business testing scenarios and the needs of operational users.
- Experience working within project teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Desirable
- Qualification in Business Analysis.
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology experience.
- Exposure to test automation tools and quality engineering practices.
