Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain validators, RPC servers, and networking infrastructure in Rust
- Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems for server health and network performance
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and increase system throughput
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles
- Proficiency in Rust for high-performance applications
- Strong background in distributed systems design and benchmarking
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, QUIC)
- Deep familiarity with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
- Super Bonus : High-Performance Computing (HPC) experience
