Location: London, UK (Hybrid 3 days p/w in office)

Length: 12 months

Rate: £44.23 per hour (Inside IR35)

Hours: 40 hours per week

About Us:

We are a dynamic and innovative team seeking an experienced and highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and managing partner programs that drive business growth and revenue.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic thinker with 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales operations or partner operations to fill the role of Strategic Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analytics, and program design. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building and is comfortable with constant change, and can be agile in their approach to projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage partner programs, including partner tiering, ROI analysis, and discounting or incentive programs
  • Collaborate closely with data and analytics teams, finance teams, and deal desk to ensure alignment and effective program execution
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards using Excel, Gsheets, Tableau, and SFDC
  • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate program goals, objectives, and results to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve program design and execution

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales operations or partner operations
  • Proven track record of success in project management, program design, and data analytics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Proficient in Excel, Gsheets, Tableau, and SFDC, with ability to develop complex spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with comfort with constant change and agility in approach to projects and programs
  • Quick learner and strategic thinker, with ability to adapt to new situations and challenges

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a similar industry or role
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and other CRM systems
  • Certification in project management or data analytics
