Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

About Us
We are an IT training and recruitment company delivering high-quality technical training and supporting development and employment within the IT Industry. Our industry leading training offers a 5-day, instructor-led course in IT Systems & Networking multiple times a month, alongside specialist funded Skills Bootcamps launching across multiple regions over the next year.
To support our growth, we are creating a brand-new position focused on attracting and supporting candidates into both our training and employment pipelines.
The Role
As our Training Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in sourcing learners for our free training programmes and supporting recruitment for our Skills Bootcamps.
You will:
- Source and attract candidates through multiple channels including job boards, partner organisations, charities, social media, training partners and our own website.
- Manage lead pipelines and proactively reach out to new candidates.
- Engage with applicants from first contact through to programme completion.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a key point of contact for candidates.
- Guide learners through the application and onboarding stages, ensuring all documentation, compliance and processes are followed.
- Support scheduling and administration for regular training courses.
- Build strong working relationships with our in-house training team and wider recruitment division.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in outreach, marketing and candidate experience.
This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same, and you’ll have real impact on people progressing into new careers in IT.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in recruitment, outreach, candidate attraction or similar (ideal but not essential).
- Strong organisational and admin skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks at pace.
- The ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in helping people develop.
If you have experience working with skills, employability, training, education or talent pipelines that is a great bonus — but we will also support the right person to develop.
