Chapman Tate Associates is supporting a confidential opportunity for an experienced ERP Consultant or Technical Specialist who understands how ERP technology can improve manufacturing performance, streamline operations and drive business transformation.
We're particularly interested in professionals with experience in Epicor Kinetic / E10, although backgrounds in comparable manufacturing ERP solutions will also be considered.
The Opportunity
You'll combine your ERP expertise with wider responsibilities across:
- Supporting ERP implementations, configuration and system enhancements.
- Improving manufacturing processes across production, planning, inventory and supply chain.
- Working with operational stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and deliver practical solutions.
- Supporting business process improvement and technology transformation initiatives.
- Translating manufacturing requirements into effective ERP solutions.
- Developing broader consultancy, project delivery and stakeholder management capabilities.
What We're Looking For
Experience with Epicor Kinetic / E10 or similar manufacturing ERP platforms, such as Infor, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including BOMs, MRP, production planning, inventory and shop-floor operations.
Background in ERP technical consulting, functional consulting, systems analysis or implementation.
Ability to bridge the gap between ERP technology and real-world manufacturing requirements.
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in business improvement and consulting.
