Operations Director - Real Estate Valuation (PropTech)
Our client, a technology-enabled organisation that operates at the intersection of LegalTech and PropTech with focused on improving and digitising the property valuation process, looking to hire a Director of Operations to lead operational delivery, drive process efficiency and support the continued growth of a fast-paced property transaction business. The role will focus on improving workflow performance, customer experience and operational scalability across conveyancing and partner operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational delivery across conveyancing and transaction workflows
- Drive process improvement, efficiency and service performance
- Manage operational KPIs, SLAs and transaction timelines
- Lead and develop operations and customer service teams
- Collaborate with commercial, product and technology teams on automation and workflow improvements
- Manage relationships with lenders, brokers, conveyancers and external partners
- Ensure operational compliance and service quality standards are maintained
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience across operational experience within LegalTech, PropTech, conveyancing, mortgage or financial services environments
- Strong understanding of property transaction workflows, conveyancing, valuation operations and wider operational processes across the property ecosystem
- Experience improving operational performance within high-volume service businesses
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities
- Commercially minded with experience working alongside technology and product teams
- Comfortable operating within fast-growth or transformation-led environments
